From the earliest I can remember, I’ve always been very ambitious. I’ve always loved the hustle and the idea of working hard for pretty much anything I do. I was known by tennis coaches as a “workhorse”. I’m known by my business peers as a workhorse too. I remember my parents telling me: “Work smart, work hard.”

Work harder than other people because someone out there may be more talented than you. The only thing you can rely on is WORK, and this mindset has stuck with me ever since. This became the foundation of EVERYTHING I’ve done in my life so far.

Let’s talk business and how we doubled sales in one of my companies in less than 30 days.

A while back, while watching a documentary about a sales company, I stumbled upon the concept of “compressing time”.

Statistically, companies grow at a satisfactory rate of 10–20%. Since then, I’ve always been interested in ways to hack and speed up growth.

How can we outgrow the competition? How can we add MORE in less time?

In the documentary, the CEO took the marketing calendar and made it his mission to compress 12 months worth of planning into only 3 months.

(You’ll get it later)

On a practical side, in a sales environment, compressing time is a CRAZY effective way to increase income. In one of my companies, instead of running 2 sales webinars a week, I decided to change the schedule and run 3 to 10 webinar PER DAY. Let me tell you…

The feedback was astonishing. Every day, more people were attending the webinars because they simply loved the new schedule. Prospects who weren’t able to attend certain days (for hundreds of different reasons) could now pick any day of the week, and not worry about losing any valuable time.

By then, the company’s total income soared up to 50% in the first 30 days of multiplying the amount of webinars we were doing, and went from a decent $70,000 per month to over $150,000 per month.

Double the money.

Time compression is a huge and brave step for any company’s growth. For instance, when a sales team makes sales presentations, they think “oh that’s an interesting way to communicate. I’m going to do a webinar self-presentation a week, once a week.”

But what would happen if we compressed a full year of sales presentations into 3 months? Instead of doing 52 presentations in a year, do those 52 presentations in the next 90 days! I can guarantee that your results will be off the charts.

Remember: if you have webinars, sales presentations, calls, conferences or whatever you’re doing now, instead of spreading out the work for 12 months, start pushing that in a smaller time frame. You will notice the difference in your revenue immediately.

Frankly, I’ve seen it many times in my businesses and also with our client’s businesses: “The quicker you do things, the higher the income and positive feedback”. Your business needs to work like a MACHINE.

What plans do you have for the next 12 months that you think could be done in 1 to 3 months?

Remember the formula: “Less time = more income.” Compressing your marketing calendar will be give a massive boost to your business growth. You’ll generate more revenue in less time.

I’ve seen it happen over and over again in my ventures and with my clients, and I’m confident that it would explode your results too.

What do you think? Agree? Disagree? Have you tried multiplying your sales opportunities and gotten big results?
Would love to hear your thoughts in comments. 🙂
