Done for you solutions

Here’s my answer to Chrissy:

The easiest service to sell is done for you. I remember in my company, we’ve mainly done a lot of training for entrepreneurs, business owners, coaches and consultants on how to market themselves, how to do lead gen and how to get more businesses, but then we shifted to offering done for you solutions which is tremendous for two reasons.

I teach at all the boot camps and the seminars I’ve run and the information was great and amazing. They had everything during those 2 or 3 days doing the event. I teach them how to build the business and how to really increase sales but the reality is, not everyone likes marketing and not everyone likes sales.

The problem is, if you don’t like marketing and sales, how do you get business? That’s when I started the agency and why I started the agency. It is the easiest service to sell.

You need to be able to deliver

Of course, it’s easy to sell but the question is: “can you deliver?” You need to be able to deliver. If someone pays you premium and a lot of money to do something for them, you actually need to do it for them. Promising great things is great, but you actually need to deliver.

Done for you services are the easiest. But on your end, you will have more work. Again, it’s a different business model.

You can charge much more for a done for you solution than just teaching and helping the clients rather than doing it for them and that is the easiest service to sell as a coach or a consultant.
